Homebrewing segment for Vermont TV

I had the opportunity to shoot a small segment about homebrewing for Vermont Television Network for a show called 8-0 Brew about beer!

The name of the show is a play off the area codes in Vermont that all begin with the numbers 80.

Here are the excerpts from my segment.

Part one - getting started

Part 2 - how to brew

I will admit, Lindsey and I drank a bit too much during this shoot and I messed up the last step and accidentally put my yeast into the still hot wort. Oops, LOL. Fortunately I did have a half a packet still left so I cooled the wort properly and was still able to save the batch.

I hope to do more work with them soon. Were talking about doing a segment about hops next!

Oh and shout out to the fantastic people who helped me with the shoot: Lindsey Miller, Jay Otto, and my mom Mary Cummings!
