I think we all have that one movie that wasn't supposed to be scary but somehow just was.  Here is my list.

When you first see a 40 mile bike tour, its very likely that you will be scared of that number. Its going to be OK! This video will help you get ready for the Five Boro bike tour or any similar bike tour you are prepping for.

Leaving your hometown can be a daunting experience, I know it certainly was for me. You have your own self doubt then all the people around you getting you down on how you’re gonna “fail” - I let this negativity hold me back for many years and didn’t make the move.
I had so much regret that I didn’t - until finally one day I built up the courage to take the leap. 

Two of my best friends get married in VEGAS! Oh and I dressed as Elvis…because why not…

I know, its a hard one, but someone needs to say it.  Voicemail is SO old school!  It is already annoying enough that you have to go in and check your voice mail but then most of the time the messages are SO not necessary!  Just f***ing text that to me for Christ sake!
Ill show you what I did to put an end to people leaving me voicemails.  Let me know your thoughts.

Yup, didn't know a single person there, but I stepped outside my comfort zone and got out and met people! Here are some of the highlights of my week.

This one has been bugging designers since the dawn of computers.  Stop squishing images!

In this video Erin will explain what squishing images is because a many people don’t even realize they are doing it.  Later she will show you how to use the SHIFT key to keep from distorting images.  Then after that she will show you how to crop.

What I am proposing in this article is that we come to grips that the world we live in now is different than it was five to ten years ago due to continuous technological advancements. Our modern world is complex and ever-evolving.  Our approach to innovation must be flexible as well in order to stay relevant, take advantage, and reap the benefit of these changes.

The TWA Terminal, designed by Eero Saarinen, must have looked out of this world when it opened in 1962.  It's so sad that Eero never got to see it before he died.
This was mostly shot during my visit there October 2015, the last day the public could view the building prior to it becoming a hotel.

As product managers, we want the best for your product. It’s important to keep things on track, on time, and keeping your product features relevant. In order to achieve these ideals, difficult conversations about the product are often needed to be had. And what can make these conversations difficult are that they include the use of, “no.”

The world is full of ideas. Some work and some don’t, but what we all need to be reminded of in app development is the importance to test to see if people care about your idea. When you find users like a certain idea or feature of your app, take advantage of that. It may take a while to figure out what holds your users' attention, but once you do, don't pass up the opportunity to take advantage of this knowledge.

AND we have a few too many drinks, what a great time.
The brewery featured on the boat was Bronx Brewing, a solid brewery!
 

My friend One-Eyed Mike picks up Otto and me to head up to Fawns Leap, 2 hours outside of the city.  After some beers and some minor injuries all I can say is we had a great time!

Ill take you down to the sub basement where the Metro North Railroad gets its power and tell you about the story of how the Natzis tried to destroy it in WW2.  Then we go underground and dodge the third rail to find the abandoned FDR train car.
This entire video including photos was all done on the iPhone6.  I also used a Gimble (stabilizer), a lapel microphone, and the Ollo Clip iPhone lenses.
