Do I have 9 lives?
Here is a list of all the times I have almost killed myself (accidentally) or came close to death. Some comical some not. But the real question is, how many lives do I have left?
The Seinfeld method
Whether or not you like Jerry Seinfeld's comedy, the Seinfeld method is something I think we can all get behind. This method has helped me keep my eye on my goals and build healthy habits.

Abandoned 1930's brick factory
Beacon, NY, 66 miles north of New York City, was once home to Denning’s Point Brick Works. DPBW manufactured 1 million bricks every week, some of which are in the Empire State Building and Rockefeller center.
